Well, meet Bronze Mahomes, son of the legendary Patrick Mahomes, who's already proving he's got a future in football – or at least, a serious fan! He's not even three yet, but this kid can identify every NFL team just by their helmet. Seriously, impressive, right?
Given his dad's a three-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, and the family's deep roots in the sport, it's perhaps not that surprising. But still, it's pretty amazing!
Bronze's mom, Brittany Mahomes, shared a video on Instagram showcasing her son's impressive skills. She held up miniature helmets, and Bronze flawlessly named each team, from the Carolina Panthers to the Houston Texans. Even the 'Bears from Sucago' (Chicago, in toddler-speak) didn't stump him!
His mom was clearly impressed, rewarding him with a high-five for his impressive feat. She shared that Bronze dedicated himself to learning all the teams, a task that took him just a week and a half. Talk about dedication!
We're used to seeing Bronze at Chiefs games, and he's even attended two Super Bowls (though he may have caught some Zzz's during one!).
But here's where it gets controversial... This isn't just about football. Bronze's journey also highlights the importance of awareness. When he was just 8 months old, he had a scary incident involving peanuts that led to a trip to the emergency room. This experience sparked his mom's passion for advocating for children with food allergies.
It's Bronze's birthday week! Last year, his birthday, November 28th, fell on Thanksgiving Day. Happy birthday, Bronze!
