A boxing legend's health crisis has left fans wondering: when will Chris Eubank Jr. step back into the ring?
In a recent social media post, Eubank Jr. revealed he's been battling "health issues" for over a year, and these struggles finally caught up with him in his recent rematch against Conor Benn.
"I will not box again until I'm back to 100 per cent, and I honestly don't know when that will be," he declared. But here's where it gets controversial: despite his health challenges, Eubank Jr. hasn't given up hope.
"For the fans who've stuck with me through the ups and downs, I promise I'll do everything to bring back the old me with a big comeback," he vowed.
After the rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Eubank Jr. shared his journey, saying, "I've been through hell and back to get here. I truly believed I could win, using my skills like in the first fight. But from round one, I knew I was wrong."
He continued, "Conor Benn put on an incredible fight, and I congratulate him. But you saw me in there - I tried, I gave it my all, but it just wasn't enough."
So, when will we see Eubank Jr. back in action? Only time will tell. But one thing's for sure: this boxing legend isn't going down without a fight.
