CVC Credit, a global credit management powerhouse with a valuation of approximately $57 billion (€49 billion), has successfully priced Apidos LV, its eighth Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) issue of 2025. This marks a significant milestone, as it's the 28th CLO launch, including resets and refinancings, since CVC Credit's inception.
Apidos LV, priced at market-tight levels, boasts a five-year reinvestment period and a two-year non-call period. The deal was orchestrated by Jefferies as the lead arranger.
Kevin O'Meara, a key figure at CVC Credit, expressed enthusiasm, stating, 'We're thrilled to price our eighth new CLO of 2025, which has been well-received by investors across the debt spectrum. Apidos LV reinforces CVC's proven track record of navigating diverse credit cycles and market conditions. We're optimistic about sustaining this momentum through the end of the year.'
CVC's Liquid Credit division manages a substantial $37 billion (€32 billion) in assets across over 70 active funds, all under the stewardship of a dedicated team of approximately 40 investment professionals based in both Europe and the US.
