Olivia Favero Crowned Miss Rodeo America 2026 | From Weber County Farm to Rodeo Royalty (2026)

A Western Weber County Farm Girl's Dream Comes True: Olivia Favero's Journey to Miss Rodeo America

A tale of hard work, passion, and a love for the rodeo life.

In a heartwarming story, Olivia Favero, a young woman from Weber County, has achieved the pinnacle of rodeo pageant success. Growing up on a farm surrounded by horses, she embraced the challenges and rewards of country life. Little did she know, her love for hauling hay would lead her to become Miss Rodeo America for 2026.

"It's an incredible feeling," Favero shared, her excitement palpable. "To think that my passion for horses and rodeos has brought me this far is truly amazing."

But here's where it gets controversial... Favero's journey began at just 8 years old. She participated in rodeo pageants, a world where beauty and horsemanship skills intertwine. Last Sunday, her dedication paid off, as she emerged victorious among 26 other talented competitors from across the nation.

As Miss Rodeo America, Favero, now 22, will dedicate her time to representing the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the Miss Rodeo America organization. It's a full-time commitment, and she's ready for the ride.

"During her reign, Favero will travel extensively, educating the public about rodeo's rich heritage and opportunities," the Miss Rodeo America organization stated. Her schedule includes attending nearly 100 rodeo performances and engaging with various communities.

The competition itself was a testament to her skills. Favero excelled in horsemanship, equine science, interviews, public speaking, and even a fashion show. It's a unique blend of talents that sets her apart.

And this is the part most people miss... Favero's academic pursuits are just as impressive. With two associate degrees from Weber State University, she plans to continue her education, using scholarship funds earned through her pageant career. Her dedication extends beyond the rodeo arena.

"I've always been inspired by the rodeos and the people who make them happen," Favero explained. "Now, I get to be a part of that community, and it's an honor."

Her personal motto, "Enjoy the Ride," reflects her philosophy. She encourages others to embrace the present and work towards their goals with determination.

So, what do you think? Is the world of rodeo pageants an inspiring journey or a controversial blend of talents? We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
